The NLD-UK, in solidarity with Burmese Buddhist community in London, make Burmese traditional New Year (Thingyan) celebrations in London.

Offering Medicines to Buddhist Monks

Burmese Buddhist community in London, as part of Myanmar New Year tradition, offered donations to the Buddhist Monks. NLD-UK offered medicines to the Monks.

Burmese Traditional stage-show

NLD-UK supported NOX music band and Burmese students in London to present a traditional Burmese stage show. More than a thousand people from UK-Burmese community enjoyed the stage-show.

In addition, NLD-UK opened a stall at the stage-show, selling Burmese traditional tofu-salad and Daw Aung San Suu Kyi T-shirts, to raise funds for Buddhist monasteries in UK.
